Practice ground techniques including yoga poses, inversions, getting up & down, shapes, and more. Standing techniques focus on synchronised movement, choreography, dance, and navigating a variety of obstacles and terrains. Each class begins with proper falling and safety techniques before students strap in and stand up and ends with spotted falling onto mats.
Stilts are provided, students must bring knee pads.
